new in // sleek, nyx, rimmel!

Vou começar por dizer que não sou nenhuma especialista em maquilhagem, ahah, de todo! Mas ultimamente tem-me apetecido experimentar um bocadinho mais, então decidi encomendar umas coisitas pela feelunique!

Just gonna start off with a quick disclaimer, I’m no makeup expert whatsoever, ahah! But lately I’ve been feeling like I want to experiment a bit more, so I’ve made this small order on feelunique!

 

nyx soft matte lip cream – stockholm

Este lip cream foi uma das coisas que mais gostei! É mesmo confortável nos lábios, tem um cheiro doce e agradável e pessoalmente, para um baton matte, não achei nada que secasse os lábios. No entanto, a duração não é espectacular, fui a um jantar e no fim a cor já tinha desaparecido totalmente. Mas apesar disto, vai desaparecendo progressivamente, não fica com manchas estranhas ou com falhas. Definitivamente quero experimentar mais cores!

This lip cream was one of my fav purchases! It’s so comfortable on the lips and has a really nice sweet scent! Personally, for a matte lipstick, I didn’t feel like it dried up my lips at all! However, it’s not that long lasting, I wore it to a dinner out and after I ate all the color had come off, but it it wears off pretty nicely, without any weird patches.
Definitely want to try out more shades!

 

sleek matte me lip cream – bittersweet

Bem, eu sei que há imensas pessoas que adoram este lip cream, mas infelizmente não gostei nem um bocadinho, o que é uma pena porque a cor é mesmo bonita. Secou-me tanto, mas tanto os lábios e deixa as linhas todas demasiado marcadas! Não consegui ir à rua com ele, mas enquanto que o da nyx com uma passagem de uma toalhita sai logo, este é muito mais difícil de limpar. Por isso, se forem alguém que não se importa com batons secos e que o que quer é que dure imenso tempo, este provavelmente é uma melhor aposta que o na nyx. Mas para mim, nyx all the waaaay!

So many people swear by this lip cream, but unfortunately I didn’t like it, not even a little bit, which is a shame ’cause I love the color so much, but I just found it to be so, soooo drying! I couldn’t wear it out but unlike the nyx one, which disappears with just a makeup wipe swipe, this one is much harder to come off. So, if you can stand drying products and just want something that lasts, you’ll probably prefer this to the nyx one. But for me, nyx all. the. way.

 

rimmel stay matte pressed powder – peach glow

Esta é provavelmente a compra mais aborrecida, ahah, mas é um powder e só custa cinco euros! Apenas estava com medo de não acertar na cor, mas se forem branquinhas como eu, este é um bom tom, nem é amarelado nem tão claro que vão parecer fantasmas!

This is probably the less exciting purchase, ahah, but it’s a powder and it only costs 5 euros! I was a lil scared to pick the wrong shade, but if you’re fair like me, this is a good one, not yellowy nor so white you’ll look like a ghost!

 

sleek divine eyeshadow palette – all night long

Desculpem estas swatches terríveis, ahaha, mas vá, eu tentei! Esta é a minha primeira palette e ainda só usei duas vezes, mas ai, já tenho três cores favoritas- manhattan, prosecco e cosmopolitan, são mesmo BAAAM! Tem 12 cores diferentes e apenas duas é que são matte. 

I’m sorry about these terrible swatches, ahaha, I tried! This is my first eyeshadow palette, I’ve only used it twice but I already have three favourite colours- manhattan, prosecco and cosmopolitan, they’re so BAAAM! It has 12 different shades and only two are matte.

 

sleek solstice highlighting palette

Deixei o melhor para o fim! Gostei taaaanto destes highlights, são super pigmentados! Vem com quatro tons diferentes, três são pó e um é creme. A palette custou 13€ e achei melhor que a mary lou luminizer que é um highlighter individual e custa 23€! Recomendo totalmente e acho que highlighters vão passar a ser a minha cena, ahah!

Had to leave the best to the end! I loooved this palette, they’re so pigmented! It comes with four different shades, three powders and one cream. Bought it for 13€ and found it way better than the mary lou luminizer which costs 23€! Totally recommend it and I think highlighters will be my thing, ahah!
